These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ty777 ("ty777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ty777 platform available at ty777.bio and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the ty777 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any ty777 service in any capacity, you confirm that:

Account closure by player: You may request the closure of your ty777 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting ty777 to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms. ty777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are governed first by the specific promotion terms issued at the time of the offer, and secondly by the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus play must meet the applicable wagering (rollover) requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific rollover multiplier, time limit, and eligible game list will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until ty777's system has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure during the bet placement process, ty777 is not liable for bets that were not successfully recorded in the system.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and player account tier. ty777 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ty777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering with false, misleading, or third-party identity information;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to interact with ty777 systems without human input;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided;

ty777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ty777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

ty777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ty777 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
